To avoid disruption to your enjoyment of all the amazing areas Exeter has to offer, we wanted to let residents know what's going on in the neighborhood.
For construction projects, please make sure to avoid these areas, follow all safety rules and suggestions from staff and signs, stay out of marked off areas, and keep a safe distance while work is happening. Please remember to remind children not to disturb or remove items from these areas as well. We appreciate your patience as we continue to make amazing progress and make 2019 our best year yet!
New reader boards are being installed at the Plaza Street parking lot near the playground and pool and along Battlefield parkway on either side of Plaza Street. This work will be going on for the next few weeks.
Benches were installed at the playgrounds and near the recreational courts and look fantastic! Some benches were damaged on delivery and will be replaced soon. Please do not remove caution tape from these.
Erosion remediation will be started on areas near Currant Terrace and Bellview Court. No estimated start date is available at this time.
Annual playground inspections are tentatively scheduled for September. We highly recommend if you have suggestions for the playground that you attend the next Landscaping Committee meeting as they develop a 3-year project plan and playgrounds are under consideration.
Sink cabinets will be installed at the pool next week, please be mindful of bath house disruptions during this time.
The new clubhouse trash enclosure and pool chemical shed will be stained and painted during July.

A garden bed in the common area behind Barnfield will be restored to grass and cleaned up.
An AED will be installed at the pool.
