Exeter - Fall Festival

Hello, Exeter Neighbors!

Get ready for an afternoon of fall fun, food, and fellowship at our Fall Family Festival, hosted by the Exeter HOA Social Committee!

We invite you and your family to join us for the festivities at the Exeter Clubhouse on Saturday, November 15 from 12pm-4pm.

Here’s what you should know:

• Catered barbecue lunch will be provided by HOA, along with warm apple cider and delicious pies! Please RSVP with your headcount, as we will be ordering food accordingly. First come, first served!

• Do you have mad cooking skills? Do you want those skills to be the envy of the neighborhood? Consider signing up to participate in our first ever chili cookoff! Bring your best chili and be prepared to brag about your victory (until next year, of course!).

• Help out our local community during the season of giving: everyone who brings canned or shelf-stable food donations to the event will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card. Donations will benefit Loudoun Hunger Relief here in Leesburg.

Here’s what you should bring:

• Blankets and/or chairs for your family 

• Water bottles if you don’t plan to drink cider– we are trying to do the neighborly thing and reduce our impact on the environment by avoiding purchasing single-use plastic water bottles

• Fun games/balls/activities to use outside. The HOA will provide a few activities for kiddos (corn hole, some art activities), but feel free to bring anything you’d like in addition
