Official Storm Damage Notice

The Board of Directors understands that there may be property damage to residences in the community from this morning storms that require repairs such as damaged siding and roofs. The Association will allow sufficient time for residents to work with insurers and contractors to complete repairs before sending out any maintenance notices. Please work with us to restore the community. Please be aware of scammer and fraudsters. Frequently after natural disaster, "Contractors" and "Landscapers" will show up and ask for money to provide immediate service for cash. Legitimate contractors and landscapers will have licenses, will not ask for cash or immediate payment, will provide written estimates to repair, etc. Please do not suffer a second loss after this storm by being victimized by scammers.

The Town of Leesburg will also be extending services for storm debris removal through February 14, allowing residents to place any amount of brush by the curb for removal.

Exeter HOA would like to again thank the Town of Leesburg, the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Department, the Leesburg Police Department, our own landscaping contractors Premier Landscaping, and our own property management company Sentry Management for their amazing response to the unprecedented storm damage. Because of all their hard work and rapid response, clean up and mobilization began within the hour of a tornado hitting parts of Exeter.

As clean up continues, we appreciate your patience as the Association continues to work on tree removal and asset repair. This process will take some time to fully complete. Please note that at this time the basketball courts will be closed until further notice. We also want to thank residents for their incredible support of one another and their hard work on repairing storm damage to their own homes and yards so quickly! We continue to be amazed by the community here in Exeter!
