Trash Can and Debris Reminders

Being a friendly neighbor and keeping our community clean couldn't be any easier. Just read below to find out how to be the best neighbor you can be!

Residents are responsible for removing trash cans from common areas and placing them behind their homes or in approved, covered storage areas at all times except Monday at 6 p.m. through Tuesday at 6 p.m. Trash removal has been running on schedule and there's no snow in sight, so there is no better time to keep our streets clear. Failure to do so will result in violation letters and repeated notices can result in loss of pool pass privileges. The same applies to toys, bicycles, lawn tools, mowers, and anything other than a permanent and approved decoration. Please also make sure to place trash cans on the street or sidewalk whenever possible to help prevent damage to common area grass.
