Effective immediately, all Exeter HOA meetings will be conducted online only, to include Board, Architectural Board, and Committee meetings.
For those interested in attending meetings virtually, they will be broadcast exclusively on the official Exeter HOA Facebook account at their previously scheduled times: Facebook.com/ExeterHOA
The Town Hall scheduled for April 2 will be postponed until further notice. Efforts related to the Governing Documents Amendment proposal will be communicated via email and the website.
Clubhouse rentals will proceed as normal.
REMEMBER TO UPDATE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
Many residents who use the Sentry Management Payment Portal are underpaying accounts due to the updated dues amount for 2020. For the 2020 fiscal year, dues payments are $59.43 for single family houses and $99.42 for townhouses. Please make sure to update this amount as soon as possible to avoid additional fees. CORONAVIRUS RECOMMENDATION
In accordance with CDC recommendations, the Association highly encourages residents to avoid areas where you may come into contact with potentially sick individuals or residual contact through using our community assets, such as playgrounds and recreational courts. Exeter hosts miles of beautiful and scenic trails that are perfect for getting outdoors without potentially exposing yourself. Stay safe!
STORM DAMAGE CLEANUP
The Association continues working to clean up the aftermath of the tornado that hit in February. You may see a slow down of work in March as we have moved out of addressing the urgent threats to property, safety, and usage. The Board is currently gathering proposals to complete the remainder of the work such as fence repairs and will address items individually as needed. Cosmetic removal of some items, like stumps, may be postponed until a later date.
