Bulk Leaf Collection to End for 2024 Season

Leesburg, VA (December 17, 2024) – Leesburg’s annual bulk leaf collection will end the week of December 30. The planned collection schedule will be as follows:

• Monday, December 30 – Zones 1 and 2

• Tuesday, December 31 – Zones 2 and 3

• Wednesday, January 1, 2025 – No collection

• Thursday, January 2, 2025 – Zones 3 and 4

• Friday, January 3, 2025 – Zones 4 and 5

Please visit the leaf zone map to verify your collection day.After this date and time, any new leaves must be set out in covered trash cans or placed in bags for collection by Patriot Disposal, Inc., the Town’s trash and recycling contractor. If residents have leaves during the winter months, and they are prepared as noted above, they will be collected as trash on residents’ regular trash and recycling collection days.
