Annual meeting proxies should be arriving starting today! These proxies are incredibly important to establishing quorum, also known as making sure enough people attend the meeting. A proxy allows you to "attend" without having to actually go, which is nice, right? The Association is required to have at least 10% of all residents to be in attendance, either in person or by proxy. So please take 2 minutes to fill out the proxy whether you plan on attending or not. If you attend, you can reclaim your proxy at the meeting!
