Exeter 2026 Annual Meeting Reminder

The upcoming Annual Homeowners Association meeting is to be held on Thursday, May 14th, 2026 at 7PM at the Exeter Clubhouse located at 350 Plaza St. NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. In order to be valid, the annual meeting requires a quorum of 10% of residents to be in attendance either by attending in person or by sending in a proxy. The proxy is a simple form that allows someone to represent you at the meeting. If the association is unable to achieve a quorum, we must reschedule the meeting, which incurs an unnecessary extra cost to homeowners.

Please note this meeting will be held in person only. There will not be an option to attend virtually. If you are not sure you can attend the meeting in person, you can still send in a proxy, and if able to attend, you may retrieve it at the meeting. Additionally, if you were unable to nominate someone before the deadline, you can still nominate individuals from the floor of the Annual Meeting. Electronic voting closes at 7:30PM on May 14, 2026.
