The clubhouse is located at 350 Plaza Street, Leesburg, VA 20176. Please contact the Property Manager at HOA@ExeterHOA.com or call the office at 540-751-1888 to check availability prior to sending in your application and payment. The Sentry Property Management office is located at 50 Catoctin Circle, Suite 301, Leesburg 20176.
 
The clubhouse is great for any kind of party or meeting. Rates are as follows:

 

• Residents - $25 per hour with a $250 deposit

• Non-residents - $40 per hour with a $350 deposit.

• All rentals require a $25 per rental administrative fee.

The Clubhouse rental includes trash service, microwaves, a kitchen sink, bathrooms, and a large kitchenette. Also included are a variety of 6 foot and 8 foot tables and 50 elegant black, cloth chairs. Also included is use of the patio area. Surrounding grounds and the adjacent playground may be used so long as it does not impede use by residents.

Maximum Capacity of the Clubhouse is 92 People.
