The 2011 Pool Pass application can be downloaded here.   Applications were mailed out on April 20th to all property owners.  All applicants wanting to pick up their 2011 pool passes or 2011 stickers for their existing pool passes must submit their completed applications to PMP by May 20th.  Applications received after May 20th can take up to two (2) weeks to process regardless of whether or not a new pass is needed or just a 2011 sticker.  Please do not wait until the pool season begins to submit your application.  No one will be permitted to enter the pool without a current pool pass.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

 

Pool hours are subject to change by the Board of Directors for special events, swim meets, swim lessons, and other community functions or for maintenance and repairs as may be required from time to time.

 

Membership to the pool is open to all homeowners of the Exeter Homeowners Association and the owners in Fox Chase Condominiums (246) in good standing and who possess a valid pool pass. Optional memberships will be offered to the owners of homes in Exeter I HOA (49 homes) yearly during an enrollment period set by the EXETER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board of Directors.
