The Association’s Board of Directors held
their regular monthly meeting at 7PM in the Exeter
Clubhouse on March 24, 2005.
The financial summary through 02/28/05 is as
follows:
Operating Account $98,709.20
Reserves $581.288.36
Delinquencies $22,093.74
Summarizing the meeting, the Board:
- Agreed to purchase one trash container to
be installed by the townhouses along Catoctin.
- Approved the purchase of the newest version
of Microsoft Publisher for use by the Newsletter
Committee.
- Accepted the Swim Team Facilities Use Agreement.
The Board went into Executive Session from 8:20PM
to 8:42PM
The Meeting adjourned at 8:45PM.
