Exeter Homeowners Association

The meeting was held at the Exeter Clubhouse on June 23, 2005.

The meeting was called to order at 7:03PM by Calvin Neal.

- On a motion by Whyte, seconded by Finnegan, the Board unanimously agreed to approve the agenda as revised.

Liaison & Committee Reports

- Bill Whyte of the Landscaping Committee reported that the monument planting has been completed and the irrigation system is working well, however, the sprinkler heads will need to be replaced.

- Dan Watson of the Architectural Review Board reported that the architectural guidelines need to be revised to include guidelines for playsets. The ARB also recommended that the Association hold monthly classes to educate residents about the Association covenants, conditions and restrictions.

- On behalf of the Pool Committee, Jennifer Whyte reported that there will be a pool party held in August.

- Kathleen Finnegan reported that the website needs to be updated.

Business Meeting

- Financial Report was presented by Misha Ptak. The financial summary through 05/31/05 is as follows:

Operating Account $82,909.70
Reserves $598.576.92
Delinquencies $17,000.85

- A homeowner presented photographs of the drainage problem in her rear yard.

- The Board rescheduled the next board meeting to be held on July 20, 2005.

The Board went into Executive Session from 8:32PM to 8:50PM

The meeting adjourned at 8:55PM.
