Exeter Homeowners Association

The meeting was held at the Exeter Clubhouse on July 20, 2005.

The meeting was called to order at 7:03PM by Calvin Neal.

- On a motion by Manuel-Scott, seconded by Finnegan, the Board unanimously agreed to approve the agenda as revised.

Liaison & Committee Reports

- During the Homeowner forum, the following items were discussed without resolution; two residents appeared before the Board to appeal the denial of their architectural application by the Architectural Review Board, a resident complained about a common area tree that was damaged in the storm that took 3 weeks to get a response from PMP and the landscaping company.

- Stephanie Nerantzis of the Pool Committee reported that the Family Fun Night was rescheduled to a date to be announced at a later time and formally requested additional funds for the teen pool party and Family Fun Night community events and for the lifeguard appreciation program. The Pool committee is working on a list of their needs for the 2006 pool season which will be reviewed at the August Board meeting.

- Kathleen Finnegan reported that the website will be updated with the pool party information.

Business Meeting

- Financial Report was presented by Misha Ptak. The financial summary through 06/30/05 is as follows:

Operating Account $77,201.56
Reserves $609.202.54
Delinquencies $16,640.66

- Agreed to grant pool committee’s request for additional funds for the two community events (teen party and Family Fun Night).

- Agreed to notify the pool committee that their request for additional funding for the lifeguard appreciation program for pizza, prizes and an enclosed bulletin board has been denied.

- The Board directed PMP to have the torn tennis court net replaced by Bishop’s Tennis.

The meeting adjourned at 9:45 PM.
