The Association’s Board of Directors held
their regular monthly meeting at 7pm on Thursday,
January 27, 2005 at the Exeter Clubhouse in Leesburg.
- The financial summary through 12/31/04 is
as follows:
Operating Account $ 62,271.79
Reserves $541,576.04
Delinquencies $ 23,581.15
Summarizing the meeting, the Board:
- Approved retaining Goldklang, Cavanaugh & Associates
for 2004 audit/tax preparation
- Approved retaining Century Pools for the pool
management contract for the 2005 season.
- Awarded a contract to Montgomery Irrigation
for the 2005 pond aerator maintenance contract
for service and cleaning of the pond aerators.
- Announced that there will be a community Easter
celebration on March 19, 2005 at the Exeter Clubhouse;

The Board went into Executive Session from 9:40
pm to 10:10 pm.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 pm.
