The Association’s Board of Directors held
their regular monthly meeting at 7PM on Thursday,
February 24, 2005 at the Exeter Clubhouse in
Leesburg.
The financial summary through 01/31/05 is as
follows:
Operating Account $97,832.67
Reserves $563.705.04
Delinquencies $23,055.31
Summarizing the meeting, the Board:
- Accepted a nomination from a homeowner to
serve on the ARB.
- Approved providing pool guest passes as coupon
books with ten passes at one dollar ($1) each
and to continue providing members ten free pool
passes a year.
- Agreed to establish a discretionary money
market account in the amount of twenty thousand
dollars ($20,000) seeking the highest rate of
return and lowest possible risk.
- Agreed to accept the landscaping proposals
presented by the landscaping committee.
- Agreed to renew the towing contract in April
at no cost.
The Board went into Executive Session from 9:12PM
to 9:20PM
The Meeting adjourned at 9:20PM.
