Exeter Homeowners Association

The Association’s Board of Directors held their regular monthly meeting at 7PM in the Exeter Clubhouse on April 28, 2005.

The financial summary through 03/31/05 is as follows:

Operating Account $96,195.27
Reserves $590,891.08
Delinquencies $20,662.48

Summarizing the meeting, the Board:

- Agreed to accept the nomination of Heather Cundiff, Kevin Gault, Lisa Grabbi, John Lenahan, Mindy Lodwig and Stephanie Narantizis to the Pool Committee.

- Agreed to allocate approximately fourteen hundred dollars ($1400) for the painting, realignment and/or removal of traffic signs.

- The Board did not take action on the recommendation by the pest control company to install a Total Colony Centralization system.

The Board went into Executive Session from 9:32 PM to 10:25 PM

The Meeting adjourned at 10:25 PM.
