POOL APPLICATIONS MAILED!!
The applications for 2008 pool passes were mailed to all homeowners in April. If you did not receive your registration material, you can download it here. You may submit either via email to bjbrown@pmpbiz.com or kebennett@pmpbiz.com or fax to 703-771-9366.
Please return your application as soon as possible. Applications take several days to process so if your application is submitted during the pool season, it will NOT be ready the same day. If photographs are required for one family member, the entire household application will be held for processing. Passes can be picked up at the pool on your first visit. There will be no “grace period” to obtain your passes. If you do not posses a current pass, you will not be allowed to enter the pool until one is obtained.

Leesburg Development Many Exeter Residents have been inquiring as to what’s being constructed on the corner of Rt. 15 and Battlefield Parkway. That land has never been a part of Exeter HOA, it has been zoned for over 20 years for Commercial Property. The owner of that land has finally decided to start building. A strip mall is being constructed and we hear that it should be nearly completed by the Fall of 2008. The realtors are hoping to get the types of businesses that provide a service to the community. The types of stores they are looking at are a coffee shop, salon and day spa, cleaners, and a variety of restaurants.
There are many changes taking place in and around Leesburg. There is a church going in across the street on the corner of Battlefield and Balls Bluff Rd. Residents may also be interested to know that an interchange is planned for the corners of Battlefield and Rt 15. While construction may not begin for another 10 years, the plan is to connect Battlefield Parkway all the way through Leesburg (which should be completed within the next 3 years) and then eventually the interchange will go in to relieve traffic on Rt. 15 and Battlefield Parkway.
The HOA would like to encourage homeowners with questions regarding Zoning & Planning to contact the Town of Leesburg at 703-777-2420. Plats and plans are available to potential buyers and current residents. It’s always a good idea to research before purchasing a new home to see what’s planned for your community. Leesburg is a growing Town there are more developments, road and stores going in everyday.
