  • I'm selling my home, do I have to contact the HOA for anything?
    Yes! If you are selling your home, you are required to provide your buyers with a Resale Package. This package includes all the updated Rules and Regulations for the community as well as a current year budget, newly adopted resolutions, and most importantly, an inspection letter that identifies to the potential buyers any problems with the property.

    How does the CondoCerts System Work?
    First time users should sign up with CondoCerts in the following manner:
    • Go to the web-site www.CondoCerts.com
    • Follow the links to register.
    • Write down the user ID and password you choose.
    • CondoCerts will contact you to verify your information and activate your account.
    Once your account has been activated, please perform the following:
    • Type in the name of the association. (Exeter HOA)
    • Entering the City where the association is located is required. An * for the city will search that entire state. (Leesburg)
    • Entering the State is required. (VA)
    • This will bring you to a screen that will enable you to choose the type of product you require.
    • Enter all necessary information on the form.
    The Law allows up to 14 days to have the documents prepared. You will be notified by CondoCerts via email when your request is completed. At that time, you will return to www.CondoCerts.com, login, and click on the "Retrieve Completed" button. Your order with any documents can be immediately printed or downloaded to your PC.

  • How can I pay my HOA fees?
    PLEASE NOTE:  We apologize, but payments are not accepted at the Leesburg office.
    Cabanc.com has new payment features including:
    • The option to schedule payments on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
    • The ability to manage payment and property information through their personal homeowner profile.
    • Access to transactions for up to 13 months when the homeowner creates a user profile.
    • Real time credit card payments (subject to processing fees).
    You may also chose one of the following payment options:
    •One time E-check- Log on to cabanc.com and click on the Homeowners tab, then click on “Homeowner Pay Assessment by E-check”. Please have your coupon ready.
    •One time credit card - Log on to cabanc.com and click on the Homeowners tab, then click on “Homeowner Pay Assessment” by Credit Card. Please have your coupon ready. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    •Coupon payments- Coupon booklets were mailed to all homeowners mid-December. PLEASE REMIT ALL PAYMENTS TO THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE COUPON. If you have not received your coupon booklet, or the coupon booklet was incorrect, please contact PMP at 800-336-8009 X1004.
    • Recurring ACH/direct debit through PMP-  To enroll in direct debit through PMP please complete this form and return to PMP in Frederick, MD.
    • Electronic Bill Payer thru your banking institution:  Checks should be made payable to and mailed to the address shown below.  Please make sure that your account number is referenced on your check.

  • I'd like to attend a Board meeting, when are they?
    Board meetings are open to the residents and are held the fourth Thursday of every month at the Exeter clubhouse. They are usually posted on the community signs. The meetings start at 7PM and there is a short session at the beginning of the meeting for a Homeowner Forum. If you have questions for the Board, please come and ask in person! We’d love to meet you!
  • I'd like to get involved and help out the community!
    Anyone is welcome to join a committee. There are several active committees within Exeter that are always looking for new members. The committees include the Pool Committee, Landscaping Committee, Social Committee, Newsletter Committee, Website Committee, and the Architectural Review Committee. If you are interested in joining a committee or volunteering your time to better the community, please contact PMP at 703-771-9355.
  • Who do I contact if I think too many people are occupying a home?
    If citizens have concerns about possible excessive occupancy violations in their neighborhoods, they can file a confidential complaint with the Town’s Zoning Division. The complaint form is available on the Town’s website at www.leesburgva.gov/eoep. Once a complaint is received, a Zoning Inspector will open an investigation. If the violation is confirmed, it may take several months to resolve.

Conflict Resolution
  • Someone parked in my parking place! Can the HOA help?
    There is no reserved parking in Exeter. While some homeowners have set up a “reasonable and fair” parking plan on their blocks, there are no enforceable rules that the HOA can step in and enforce a parking plan.

  • I'm making a change to my house, do I have to submit an application?
    You should submit an Architectural Modification Form for any changes made to the exterior of your home. This includes, but is not limited to, color changes, additions, storm doors, sheds, fences, playsets, and exterior decorative objects. Please refer to the Architectural Guidelines for a more specific list of requirements, or contact PMP at 703-771-9355.

    The Architectural Review Board meets the 3rd Thursday of each month; applications must be received by Noon on the prior Monday.  Please submit a separate application for each improvement.
