 Clubhouse Information:
The clubhouse is great for any kind of party or meeting. Rates for renting the clubhouse are $20 dollars a hour with a minimum of a two hour rental. Deposits are $250 for a rental if you are a resident. Also, residents get one free hour rental per year, so for only $20 dollars you can rent the clubhouse for two hours.
