When are Assessments Due?
Assessments are payable in advance, not later than the first day of each month to which they apply (for example: January 1, February 1, etc.).

After the 30th of the month the assessment is due, a $10 late fee is charged. There is a $10 late fee charged every 30 days after that. In order to avoid a late fee, your assessment payment and coupon must be received before the 30th of the month at the lock box your payment is sent to (Exeter HOA, PO Box 105007, Atlanta, GA 30348-5007). If you do not have a coupon, send the payment to PMP, 82A Wormans Mill Court, Frederick, MD 21701. Like any other bill payment, you need to allow at least 5 working days for any payment sent by mail to be received.
